We do specialized training programs (both individual and group) for athletic performance and general fitness to maximize your results. Kratos is not a training-only gym, but it is something we recommend to maximize your time in the facility. Kratos has 24 hour membership only at our facility to help accommodate the needs of clients.

Speed Reserve is one of the most important concepts for athletes to understand in training.

The higher your top speed, the larger your Speed Reserve.

Athletes who develop the physical qualities needed to reach higher max speeds not only have access to a gear most competitors don't, but they also perform at game speeds with less relative effort. That means less fatigue, more energy left in the tank, and a significant competitive advantage.

That's why one of the biggest priorities for athletes should be improving their speed and overall athleticism outside of sport. Raising your athletic ceiling gives you the greatest potential for long-term success. ⚡
