You know it. We know it. Yoga Vibe isn’t like a lot of other yoga studios. We’re in a vintage craftsman house. With a sort of an L-shaped practice room that’s not what you might expect on your first visit. In a neighborhood that’s mostly all street parking (but hey.. at least most of it’s free).

We’ll also know your name most of the time. And if we don’t, we’ll ask. Our teachers come up with classes that are unique and creative. And sometimes there’s a dog or two chilling in the lobby 🐶 And you’ll feel like your hOMe; a place where you feel seen, welcomed and belong, no matter how long or often you’ve practiced yoga.

It was 2 years ago this week YV hit pause for what we thought would be a 2-week closure. It was the first time in 3,054 days that we didn’t have a class in our space since the day we opened. So we began our makeshift livestreams using only the simple gear that we had. When the realization came that this was going to last far longer than hoped, we packed the bolsters, straps and blocks into storage and began the pivot process, which included teaching full-time from our homes to yours, upgrading our in-studio set up and starting the process of an online library 📹
.
Just like you, we’re still recovering from the long arduous journey of the last two years, much of that time clouded with uncertainty and insecurity. At the same time, we can’t thank you enough for the continued generosity then AND now. When we pivoted, you did so with us. And because of that support, we remain standing today; able to celebrate our 10th year as a #smallbusiness 💪🏼 On behalf of YV owners @larry_santiago and @amy_melinda, our wonderful teachers and incredible desk staff, we say thank you 🙏🏼
