😔 There’s always gonna be someone that can lift more than you.

Move faster than you.

Easily do the skills you’re still working on.

👀 And sure, it’s easy to watch them and think: “I’ll never be that good.”

➡️ But what if you looked at it differently?

Instead of seeing someone who’s “better” than you — See someone who’s showing you what’s POSSIBLE!

They’re proof that the strength can be built. The skill can be learned. The fitness CAN improve.

And how did they do that?
✅ They put in the work.
✅ They struggled.
✅ They failed.
✅ And they kept showing up.
