if your baby is in a 30-minute nap phase, here’s a quick ab routine you can do to strengthen your deep core! it’s a circuit that you’ll repeat 3-4 times, resting in between for however long you need.

• do 20 reps of each exercise
• rest for the rest of the minute (however much is left)
• move on to the next exercise
• repeat 3-4 times!

75 hard gets a bad rap and is so controversial online BUT from my personal experience it had such a positive impact on my life that rippled out for years (I completed it for the first time in the beginning of 2024).

doing the challenge five months postpartum definitely has its unique challenges, but it’s been fun too and Sonny loves walks outdoors anyways 🤗

exactly what I’d program for you postpartum once you’re back in the gym and looking to get stronger + leaner!

it doesn’t have to be insane, you don’t have to lift every day (in fact I’d recommend you don’t!) but pairing a routine like this with some baby wearing, a healthy diet and as much sleep as you can get each night, and you’re set 🫶🏼
