Farrell's Urbandale

It is so hard for me to believe that it’s been 25 years.

I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when this happened. I was actually on the phone with a customer from New York. Shortly after that...no phone service for them. Luckily, they were safe.

Remembering those who lost their lives on 9/11/2001, the loved ones affected, the others affected, the heroes and how our country pulled together during an extremely devastating time.

Doing a lot of EXTRA reflecting this morning. Life is short. Make the most of it. Choose Happy.

Take that moment of silence before each class today to honor and remember.

We posted this on our member page but this is for those from other FXB studios and anyone else that knew Nan as well.

We wanted to let everyone know that Nan Wood passed away. Nan was so beautiful, inside and out. She was a member at FXB Beaverdale and then transferred over to FXB Urbandale. She attended here until she no longer physically could. She was such a positive light on the Farrell’s mats and outside of Farrell’s.
