This is what progression looks like in a real class.

Cathy and I are doing the same flow but watch how she builds on each movement.

☀️ I’m off on a little holiday (yes, I promise I’ll try to relax). Don’t worry , bod is in very good hands. The bod squad has stepped up and are taking care of my classes 🙏🏽 I’ll be in Hawaii, working on my tan and my FOMO. 🌴💪🏽

Oliver popped in from the Gold Coast and finally got to see just how strong and committed his mum + dad are to their Pilates🙌🏽
