This one's close to our hearts 💛

Our Troy (yes, half of bod!) is swimming 100km this October to raise money for Beau, his sister Tash's partner.

Beau is facing brain cancer, and it's a really tough road. He's a dad to a beautiful six year old girl, and Tash, who calls him the love of her life, is by his side caring for him every day. Right now they need to focus on time together as a family, not bills and pressure.

So Troy is getting in the water. 100 kilometres in 31 days. That's a lot of laps.

We can do hard things! 💪🏽

You’ve all heard me say it…😂

Today my gorgeous client Sam and her daughter Sienna gave me this, laminated and ready to hang in the studio! I love it so much !❤️

Because sometimes the hardest thing isn’t the workout, it’s actually getting yourself to the studio. Showing up is half the battle. The rest we do together🥰

I started Pilates at 40. Fell completely in love and then decided to become an instructor. I still love it just as much as that very first class. In fact, I love it more.
