*A caring team of experienced, ENERGETIC, clear and easy-to-follow instructors guiding our Zumba Family through our classes

*Come join us as you can - no contracts, and discount class passes are available
*Every class is a PARTY! It doesn't feel like "work" when you lose yourself in the great music - under our party lights!
*We can guarantee you an awesome, effective workout that is FUN! Our ZUMBA® class has a real COMMUNITY of friendly, fun-loving participants - a Zumba Family! - we would love to welcome you to join us! This is the most fun you can have while exercising - every class is a PARTY!!! Fun fact: a 1hr workout is only 4% of your day!!

� ZUMBA Gold® - 6:00-6:30pm
(a lower-impact, 30 minute class PERFECT for beginners to get their confidence, the active older adult, during pregnancy and for new mums!)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm
(The original Latin-inspired dance fitness PARTY!)

WEDNESDAY:
� ZUMBA® Toning - 6:00-6:30pm
(Zumba with the added benefit of muscle toning exercises using light 'maraca' hand weights)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm
