Tonight as part of our workout we got busy on some raw stone to platform work. No tacky, no guards, no tape, wraps or short cuts.

Huge congratulations to today’s lifters!

We had a father & son competing together, an adaptive lifter, a couple of brand newies and a couple of current World Record holders, all ranging in age from 19 (happy birthday for today Corey!! 🥳🥳) to over 50! 💪🏼💪🏼

🤓Final results for this competition will not be compiled by WDC until all participating Countries have completed their component of this World Wide Competition.

🤓Today’s results were calculated via the Glossbrenner formula (power to weight).

Congratulations everyone! Lots of PB’s, lots of World Records and new World Champions and some MASSIVE LIFTS!!

WHAT A FUN DAYYYYY!!

Ultra Fitness and Strength Gym StrongFest IV - Day 1 !!
We rolled out the Capital Strongman CARPARK CARNAGE!

We had loads of novices who absolutely smashed it, an adaptive lifter who slayed his lifts, a father and son competing together for the first time, a Master with exemplary snackle box skills who kept the fledglings on their toes ❤️, a couple of regular offenders 😍, and a couple that dusted off their comp kit from the back of their wardrobe for a comeback tour 😂❤️, and it was absolutely AMAZING to see lots of peeps throw down today at their very first Strongman Comp today!!

Congratulations to CSI for running yet another super smooth, supportive and fun Comp, to all the competitors and of course the helpers, organisers and spectators who all bring it together!
