The pool has had to close for the afternoon so no squads on for tonight .

Port Stephens tri yesterday ended up a run/bike/run but proud of those who did it as there first time!

Iris have finished I’m Lanzarote so proud of her swim!
James is currently racing and had a great swim also . Only 2 minutes difference between the couple 🙏
