I lost a dear friend to su***de a few years ago and it’s a big part of my why.

It’s an awful grief like no other and I know many of you can relate.

Su***de is the third leading cause of death among 15–29 year olds, with over 720 000 people dying by su***de every year.

And these stats are only higher for those in the arts industries.

I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Psychology graduate, and big advocate for helping creatives look after their sensitive souls.

I’m on a mission to help actors prioritise their mental wellbeing so they can kick butt and look after their beautiful minds at the same time.
