Ready to get upside down?
Whether you’re brand new to handstands or looking to build more confidence balancing on your hands, this beginner-friendly 3-part workshop series will help you build the foundations for a strong and sustainable handstand practice.
Across the series, we’ll explore:
▪️ Safe ways to bail out
▪️ Kick-up techniques
▪️ Balance & alignment
▪️ Strength & control drills
▪️ Guided practice + progressions
Each 75-minute session is designed to give you practical tools, knowledge, and plenty of time to play, practice, and build confidence upside down.
