still recovering from bringing Coastal Core to the world’s largest Lagree micro event held Toronto this weekend.
600 people from studios across the globe came together to shake, sweat and be inspired by the best in the industry. getting absolutely humbled in a class led by .lagree himself while holding what felt like the longest runner’s lunge of my life was definitely a core memory and getting to experience it all alongside our Master Trainer from , who helped bring Coastal Core to life from day one, was just the icing on the cake
