Our TRX: Strength & Sculpt class is designed to build real strength from the core out—combining stability, control, and endurance in one high-impact session.
What you can expect each class:
• 60 minutes of heated full-body circuit training
• TRX suspension work combined with mat and resistance training
• Deeper core activation than any traditional floor class
• Lean muscle building, endurance, and full-body toning
• Led by a TRX-certified coach in an intentionally small group setting — so you get real, focused attention
This isn't your average group fitness class. The small class size means more personalized coaching, better form, and a more premium experience from start to finish.

• Every other Saturday: 1:45PM – 2:45PM
