Customer Service Advisor (Full-Time and Part-Time) - Belfast

Join our Customer Service Centre team supporting health, wellbeing and leisure services across the UK.

What you’ll do:
• Support customers via phone, email and chat
• Manage bookings, memberships and enquiries
• Deliver friendly, efficient service

What we’re looking for:
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using digital systems

Do you love working with children and bringing energy, confidence, and fun to every session? We’re looking for enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to inspire young gymnasts of all abilities!

In this role, you’ll:
⭐ Lead fun and engaging classes.
⭐ Help children build confidence and develop new skills.
⭐ Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
⭐ Support young gymnasts as they learn, move, and grow.

What we’re looking for:
✨ Experience coaching or working with children.
✨ A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
✨ Reliable, friendly, and confident communication skills.
✨ A supportive team player who enjoys working with kids.

No formal gymnastics qualifications? No problem! We’ll support you with training and qualifications to help you succeed.
