Walking after a meal is a great way to help your food digest and get some more movement in before you settle down for the evening.
Did I do that today? No, I walked out of the restaurant and to my car to drive an hour to get home and now I have my pj's on.
But, I intend to walk outside more after a meal to help my digestion and get some fresh air.
Let's be more specific.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 2:30 and 4:30pm, I will walk for 15-20 minutes outside after lunch.
Make it easy for yourself to make small improvements to your lifestyle and you will be more consistent.
We had a great day in Birmingham at Golf Fang.
