Super sesh for the Active and Able MMA crew this morning! A bit of technique, a bit of pad work, then putting them together, bish bash bosh 💥
Oooooooofff it’s been a while! We’re both rusty as chuff, Mr R has one functioning leg, Mrs R has one functioning shoulder but we still held our own in a bit of a scrap! This is how we settle up on whose turn it is to clean the toilets. Surely rock paper scissors would be the easiest solution but not quite as fun!
Big up respect to the Tuesday night WOD squad! There was a whole lot of sweat tonight! Lovely stuff team! Nice to see a Tuesday night beasting!
I hold my hands up, I was RUBBISH at capturing footage in tonight’s DS class! Sorry! A few members a none media friendly so I only got a couple of pics tonight. A circuit for the gang tonight. Lots of hard work, well done super stars!
So last track sesh for Mr Robinson before the big day this Sunday! Yes we know it’s Father’s Day, however what better way to spend Father’s Day right 🥴 The track was already booked on the previous date we had arranged.
I think I make a great cheerleader, however if anyone has any time to spare this coming Sunday to cheer Mr R along and to do a lap or so with him, I’m sure he will be grateful! Laps are not ideal for the mental toughness!
James is doing 30miles in a wheelchair to raise awareness for disabilities whilst raising funds for our amazing physical activity sessions we run at the gym which is a constant battle to secure funding for.
Please help by donating if possible, no matter how small. If you could share this post far and wide that would be incredible! Come on James you have got this!!!
