Sorry for spilling the beans.
Because drum roll please...
The secret to results like this and Holly feeling incredible before her girls holiday coming up was...
Consistency.
Because let's face it, life is f*cking hard.
Finishing work and finding your husband has missed the laundry basket yet again.
Your kids have turned the kitchen table into their art workshop.
And the fact Nan always decided it's a good idea to tumble down the stairs the moment you think "life is pretty good at the moment".
Yet this is exactly why you need a coach.
Because I'm not here to tell you that getting results like this is complex.
Stick to your calories, eat enough protein and fibre plus train really f*cking hard and you're halfway there.
But you know that already.
The reason you haven't stuck it out, is because you Jeep quitting when life gets overwhelming.
Yet this is when having a coach in your corner week on week to not only hold you accountable, but also to help pull things back when needed so you don't accidentally fall into the biscuit tin.
You are more than capable of achieving results just like Holly.

"Oh I'm such an all or nothing person".
Ok cool.
Good job my coaching is all about breaking free from perfectionism then isn't it.
Coaching IS NOT another diet.
Because diets are the exact reason you are heading into summer hiding behind baggy clothes and your algorithm is full of mounjaro "what I eat in a day" videos.
As the majority of the women I work with, don't have an issue losing weight - at least not initially.
The problem is they are stuck in a cycle of losing and then regaining the same 10lbs.
Diet starts well.
Then ends with "f*ck it syndrome" kicking in and an evening fridge frenzy.
But when you're using fad diets and short term solutions, why are you suprised when you're only getting short term results?
Confidently You! isn't another diet, it's about building your confidence for life.
Helping you overcome perfectionism, people pleasing and self doubt.
Helping you change your self limiting beliefs and stories you're telling yourself about what is possible.
And giving you the tools and skills to handle life no matter what is thrown at you.
Because whether you like it or not, time is passing either way.
So you can either waste another 6 months waiting for the "perfect time to start"
Or you can realise that it just simply doesn't exist, and the best time to start is right now!
So stop putting it off and second guessing yourself... and like Lucy send me that DM with "COACHING".
Just imagine actually ending 2026 is a body and life that you love, because the only person holding you back from that is you 🤜

Right you cheeky monkey.
I see you there, lurking in the distance.
You've been watching my stories, seeing my posts and you're thinking to yourself... you know what Callum seems alright at what he does.
And he's also really really funny. (Ok maybe not that far).
But then the voice in your head kicks in...
"Yeah but you've tried so many times before! What makes Callum think he can make a difference !"
"You need to stop wasting money, think about what everyone is going to think when they see you doing yet another diet"
OR
"I don't want to DM him, because then I bet he will just then constantly hassle me like that other coach did!"
Well, you'll be glad to know that all of those thoughts that you're struggling with are completely normal.
How do I know? Well, because literally every single client I have worked with has told me they've felt a similar way before reaching out.
Which is why I had made finding out more about coaching as simple and unscary (if that's a word) as possible.
As I would hate to be hassled myself, and sometimes you do just what to know the price and whether what I offer is any different!
Which is why I thought in the post above I would explain the exact process so it's clear that when you message me "coaching" you won't get hassled or pressured because I know choosing the right coach is a big decision.
In fact, I even encourage clients to go away and have a think about it!
But now you know that... the balls completely in your court.

What a week!
Just starting to settle into the new house... I had no idea how difficult it was to keep grass alive.
And probably one of my biggest achievements was none of the curtain rails have come down (yet!)
Clients absolutely smashing it, some of the messages above are wins from just this week! Makes me super proud seeing this ladies grow, but equally the impact Confidently You! has had on their lives!
is absolutely smashing Mum life, and didn't think it was possible to love her anymore - but seeing her with Enzo and our little family ❤️
Then we had the second in person lifting workshop this time in Nottingham! Try and do a few a year, and it's so great to not only meet in person but help my clients feel even more confident in the gym.
Plus sometimes nice to get out from in front of a laptop, as after 10 years of working in the gym before going online I do miss the hands on side sometimes!
Little Enzo is also cute as ever and growing everyday. As tough as it is with the sleep deprivation, his little smile makes it all worth it.
And the quotes and my values, some of my favourites that keep me going during tough times, and taking inspiration from (if you haven't read his books, you need to!)
Now time to chill and get ready for another busy week 🤜🙌

Great second lifting work shop of the year!
So great to not only meet up with my clients in person, but also to help build up their confidence in the gym.
With so much information out there online, it's easy to get overwhelmed.
This was all about simplifying things, and removing the "fluff" so they could lift with confidence!

Are you just clicking the pause button?
Because recently, I'm having more and more enquiries from ladies coming off of GLP-1 and spiralling.
This is for one simple reason.
They never learnt the skills to tackle the cause.
As for sure, for appetite regulation the drugs "work".
Problem is, fat loss has always been multifaceted, and the "biological" side is just one piece of the puzzle.
Doesn't fix the emotion does it?
The secret eating behind closed doors after a stressful day at work.
The fact the only thing that seems to give you any level of relief from the guilt of not feeling "good enough" is a packet of hobnobs. (Which ironically leads to more guilt)
Or the FOMO you feel when eating out with friends and all of your good intentions fall out the window and a double stacked burger and bottle of wine falls into your mouth.
Drugs like anything are just a tool.
But if you don't have an exit strategy, what do you really think will happen when you come off? (Unless you plan on staying on them forever).
Or perhaps do you even need them?
Because if you just take a look at my results, many of my clients have made breakthroughs learning the psychological flexibility skills I teach on Confidently You!
And if you're worried... well I'm cheaper than GLP-1.
So if you're coming off and feeling out of control, or feeling like "nothing works" and using drugs as a last resort...
