Motivation is unreliable so I’ve relied on mindset cues to keep me training (and sane!) through 18 months of injuries and menopausal chaos.

I know it’s hard. I know you’re wondering why the heck you thought this was a good idea. I know going to the gym can suck… but one day something magic happens and you find that little spark of enjoyment and before you know it you love it, you’re part of the crew, and you’re training four days a week. Keep going!!!
