Have you been told (countless times) that you have to burn off your food?
That one slice of cake means a 5-mile run… or 100 burpees?
That if you’re going to eat, you need to earn it?
Yep. You, me, and countless other women.
So here’s your permission slip…
💛 You no longer have to earn your food.
Food isn’t something you have to “work off”, and exercise isn’t a punishment for eating.
You have permission to build a kinder, more balanced relationship with food and movement.
I promise it’s a much nicer place to be. ❤️

We’ve all tried the crazy restrictive diets where you’re basically surviving on air and pretending you’re not hungry. It doesn’t have to be like that.
If fat loss is your goal, you are allowed to eat carbs. You’re allowed to eat fats. You’re allowed to enjoy your food.
You don’t need to “earn” your meals with 50 burpees, and one meal out won’t “ruin your diet.” What you do consistently matters far more than what you eat once in a while.
It’s time to let go of the “good” and “bad” food mindset. Food isn’t a moral issue, and nutrition is rarely black and white. There’s so much more nuance than that.
Sustainable fat loss comes from habits you can actually stick to—not punishment, guilt, or restriction ❤️

My studio is a judgement-free zone. I just want women to realise that fitness can be fun, and you don’t need to be training with the intensity an Olympian for it to be worth picking up a weight. You’re worthy regardless of shape, size, age and experience. All welcome - I don’t judge! ❤️

Hands up if you’re an overthinker 🙋🏼♀️
I definitely am. And so are the vast majority of the women I train.
I get you because I am you.
You’re an intelligent woman who wants to make the right choices, so you research everything. You tell yourself you need to get a bit fitter before you start (you absolutely don’t!), or lose a stone first (also no!).
You hold yourself to impossible standards.
And before you know it, you’ve spent so much time thinking about taking action that taking action feels almost impossible.
Welcome to The Overthinker’s Guide to… Let’s make fitness feel simpler, one step at a time. ❤️

This is where strong gets built 💪

I became a PT because I wanted women to stop believing exercise had to be punishment.
Somewhere along the way we’ve been taught that movement has to hurt, diets have to be miserable and rest has to be earned.
I don’t believe any of that anymore.

I believe there’s a sports brand who summed this up…

I’m here to challenge the narrative that we have to suffer, that your body is broken in midlife, that diet and fitness has to be punishment, that we are less than… well 🦆 that!!
Ladies of midlife… step into your power! Find the fun, enjoy every moment, get strong as 🦆, rock the bikini and the shorts, get into the photos and be unapologetically you.
Life is too short for punishment
