Join us from 10am–2pm where:• Luke & Luke will be showcasing everything in the Functional Zone• Carl & Jack will be looking after all things Strength• Lindsey, Ed & Charles will be in the Recovery Zone• Alan will be on hand for your InBody analysis
We’ll also have inspirational Les Mills Master Trainers on site from 8am delivering GRIT, CORE, PUMP and COMBAT sessions.
Plus, drop-in sessions will be running in the Reformer Studio from 9-12 where you can meet the instructors and have a try on the beds for yourself ⭐
Our clinic team will also be available for mini health checks and to talk you through the full range of services available to you. Expect an energetic atmosphere, plenty of opportunities to explore everything the club has to offer, and expert guidance from our incredible team throughout the day.
There’ll also be music from 10am–2pm from Sol, food available all day from Lazee Graze, and the chance to have your picture taken in our 360 Photo Booth.
