After today’s classes, I’m officially taking a few days off and heading to North Devon. 🌊

Honestly, it was a very last-minute “f**k it, just go” decision… but I think that’s why it feels so right.

Before the studio renovation starts.Before life gets chaotic again.Before everything speeds up.

I’m giving myself 4 days to slow down, surf, breathe, reset my head and reconnect with myself a little bit. 🖤

Perfect weather.Salt water.Early mornings.Coffee.Movement.No pressure.No strict plans.

Just space to think, recharge and come back clearer for this next chapter of The Glow & Flow Reformer Club

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away for a minute and refill your own cup too.

And somewhere between spring changes, cueing core engagement, and correcting posture with soft hands and sharp intuition… you rebuilt yourself too.

You learned that strength isn’t loud.It’s steady.It’s showing up early, tying your hair back, and teaching with energy even on the days your own tank feels empty.

You turned discipline into art.You made grace look powerful.

Every scar, every tattoo, every chapter of you tells a story of survival and reinvention.And now you stand — balanced between strength and softness — teaching others to trust their bodies while finally learning to trust your own.

You are more than an instructor.You are motivation in motion.A reminder that femininity and power can exist in the same breath.
