Just kidding, we aren’t actually sorry. Those abs aren’t going to build themselves! Class schedule for the week is live book your carriage before someone else takes your favorite spring tension.

Most people think the “core” is just your abs… but it’s actually so much more than that ✨ >>>>>> SWIPE
Your core works like a deep support system for your entire body almost like an internal cylinder
⬆️ The diaphragm at the top
⬇️ The pelvic floor at the bottom
🔄 Deep abdominal and spinal muscles wrapping all the way around
Together, these muscles help support your posture, breathing, balance, movement, and spine.
Visible abs are only a small part of true core strength.
That’s why Reformer Pilates focuses on:
✨ Breathwork
✨ Pelvic floor awareness
✨ Deep core engagement
✨ Stability before intensity
Real core strength isn’t about holding your stomach in or chasing a six-pack.
It’s about building strength from the inside out.
When your deep core is working properly, you move better, feel stronger, breathe easier, and support your body in everyday life 🤍
At Glow & Flow, we focus on connecting to the muscles beneath the surface because that’s where lasting strength begins

People often think the “core” just means your abs… but your core is SO much more than a six-pack.
Your true core is like a deep internal cylinder almost like the core of an apple
⬆️ At the top sits your diaphragm
⬇️ At the bottom sits your pelvic floor
🔄 Wrapping all the way around are your deep abdominal and spinal muscles
Together, these muscles work as a pressure system to support your spine, posture, breathing, balance, and movement.
Your abs are only ONE small part of the picture.
This is why in Reformer Pilates we focus so much on:
✨ Breathwork
✨ Pelvic floor connection
✨ Deep core activation
✨ Stability before intensity
A strong core isn’t about sucking your stomach in or chasing visible abs.
It’s about creating strength from the inside out.
When your deep core is functioning properly, you move better, breathe better, support your back better, and feel stronger in everyday life.
At Glow & Flow, I teach you how to connect to the muscles underneath the surface because that’s where real strength begins

After today’s classes, I’m officially taking a few days off and heading to North Devon. 🌊
Honestly, it was a very last-minute “f**k it, just go” decision… but I think that’s why it feels so right.
Before the studio renovation starts. Before life gets chaotic again. Before everything speeds up.
I’m giving myself 4 days to slow down, surf, breathe, reset my head and reconnect with myself a little bit. 🖤
Perfect weather.Salt water.Early mornings.Coffee.Movement.No pressure.No strict plans.
Just space to think, recharge and come back clearer for this next chapter of The Glow & Flow Reformer Club
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step away for a minute and refill your own cup too.

Dear Me,
You didn’t just learn how to teach movement — you learned how to hold people together when life was trying to pull them apart.
You became the calm voice in the studio. The one reminding everyone to breathe. To slow down.To find strength in control instead of chaos.
And somewhere between spring changes, cueing core engagement, and correcting posture with soft hands and sharp intuition… you rebuilt yourself too.
You learned that strength isn’t loud. It’s steady. It’s showing up early, tying your hair back, and teaching with energy even on the days your own tank feels empty.
You turned discipline into art.You made grace look powerful.
Every scar, every tattoo, every chapter of you tells a story of survival and reinvention. And now you stand — balanced between strength and softness — teaching others to trust their bodies while finally learning to trust your own.
You are more than an instructor. You are motivation in motion.A reminder that femininity and power can exist in the same breath.
Keep going, Suzy.Keep stretching beyond the version of you that once played small.Keep taking up space.Keep teaching from the heart.
Because the woman leading the class now? She’s the woman younger you needed to see.
With love,Me
