The stomach series is a fundamental set of exercises that all of our group classes start to learn from day one. It’s challenging for all sorts of reasons and so we might gear out the spring bar or change the spring load to suit each individual. Our clients learn how to modify for themselves and to make good choices for their own benefit and workout.

At the Pilates Hub our clients learn the full method on all the equipment, so what they practice on the mat will help with exercises like this one and vice versa.
