I’m not one of those people who go on holiday and just do EXACTLY the same stuff as I do at home.
To me, that’s not a holiday. It’s just being abroad.
Some things will change - nutrition will be a big one for most people.
So how do you actually do that without feeling like a bin bag full of yogurt by the time you get home?

Feeling it past it once you hit 40?
Previous injuries holding you back?
David could have used the same excuses.
ACL surgery and lower disc bulge.
Didn’t want to do anything lower body related in case he injured himself again.
Guess what?
He now trains lower body twice a week and his legs are the strongest they’ve ever been.
No pain.
But he wouldn’t have got to that point if he hasn’t embraced that initial discomfort of trying something different.
Training with intention and eating with structure has helped him lose 14kg of body fat and he’s looking awesome.
Photos don’t do justice as to how lean he actually is.
We now start the process of building calories back up and adding some muscle 🤘
If you’re not seeing the results you want and know you need to try something new, just drop me a message and I’ll be in touch to find out how I can help you.

Wow some of that early stuff really was terrible 😂
But it’s all gotten me to where I am now.
You’ll make mistakes, f**k things up.
Maybe even feel like packing it in altogether.
Keep showing up. Keep refining.
And maybe after 5 years you can be slightly above average like my content.
Kidding. You’ll be great 🤘
