Another amazing result for a dedicated and consistent client, where do we even start!
When jo first came to the gym, she felt lost. Never trained before, She was the heaviest she had ever been, struggling to put her heath and her self first and really unhappy within herself.
She didn’t need a quick fix, she just needed support, guidance and a plan that actually worked for her life.
So that’s exactly what we did. 38.5inches off her whole body and whopping 4st lost!
We set calories that were realistic and sustainable no starving, no fas diets. Just habits she could stick to. We focused on small wins, like increasing her steps (which was a big change for her!) and building consistency.
Not even a year later, she is a completely different woman 🥹
Yes, there were blips. Yes, there were breaks. But sheer hard work and determination got her here. And just to be clear, no weight loss jags were involved in the making of this transformation 🫡❤️
We’re not done yet either.
Jo now strength trains twice a week in our Achieve groups, eats her protein, tracks her food and walks daily. Most importantly? She’s happier and more confident within herself.
