RED BULL GYM CLASH: COMMANDO X-FIT MEMBER QUALIFIER 🏆
Think you’ve got what it takes to represent Commando X-Fit at the official Red Bull Gym Clash Scottish Qualifier? 👀🇬🇧
Only one team can make it from each gym for the big event
We’re looking for ONE mixed team of 4 athletes:
✅ 2 Male
✅ 2 Female
This is your chance to compete for Commando X-Fit and potentially progress all the way to the UK Finals & World Final in Cairo 🌍
🔥 QUALIFICATION WORKOUTS 🔥
🏋️ 1. POWER WORKOUT — 10 MINUTES
A 10-minute strength test where teams work to hit their heaviest 3RM Back Squat.
Exercises:
• 3RM Back Squat (all 4 athletes)
Score:
• Total weight lifted by all 4 athletes
🚣 2. ENDURANCE WORKOUT — 20 MIN AMRAP
Exercises:
• Row Calories (1 athlete at a time)
• 12 Synchro Single DB Sn**ch (male/female pair)
• 6 Synchro Single DB Thruster (male/female pair)
• Every 5 mins:
10 Synchro Down-Ups (all 4 athletes)
Score:
• Row calories + total dumbbell reps
⚡ 3. SKILL WORKOUT — 10 MIN FOR TIME
Exercises:
• Single Skips (1 athlete)
• Synchro Box Jump Overs 20” (2 athletes)
Score:
• Time to complete workout
(or total reps if unfinished)
