We’re introducing Her Fight Club — a ladies-only boxing fitness class designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency.

This is not a drop-in class.
It’s a monthly commitment to moving your body and feeling powerful.

Sweat It Out Fitness is now officially a small group PT studio for ladies only 💪💖

We provide coached fitness for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels – whether you’re just starting out or ready to push to the next level.

Our Small Group PT Classes:
🗓 Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 6am or 6pm (FULL)
🗓 Tuesday & Thursday – 6:30am & 6pm
🗓 Friday – 6am & 6pm

⏰ Current availability:
🌅 Morning classes: 2 spaces left
🌙 Evening classes: 5 spaces left

💷 £100 per month

What you get:
