If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is it

(consider it a sign from your lifting fairy godmother 🧚🏼)

We start on Monday

8 weeks from now you could be:

✨ Walking into the gym knowing what you’re doing
✨ Following a plan instead of hopping from kit to kit
✨ Feeling and looking stronger
✨ Building habits that actually stick past Thursday
✨ Looking and feeling more like the woman you know you can be

And honestly, I want nothing more for you 💕

Most of the things women apologise to me for are things I couldn’t care less about

And I honestly love the fact my clients feel comfortable talking to me

I’ve had clients tell me things they’ve never felt able to say to previous coaches

Because these things matter

The main thing I care about is honesty

Tell me if you’re struggling
Tell me if the plan isn’t working
Tell me if you’re overwhelmed
Tell me if something feels harder than it should

Because I can only support you with the things I know about 💗

Even if I WANTED to fit the current trend, my body was never going to be built for it

Even at my smallest I’d have been too muscular (by who’s standards though I’m not sure)

Some girls are meant to be slim built
Some girl aren’t

We’d all be a hell of a lot happier though if we stopped acting like we can change our bodies every 5-10 years ultimately being disappointed when it doesn’t fit whatever’s “in”

And I know from experience that it can take an absolute tonne of work to get there

But from someone who’s spent the past few years working on it, I now have a lifetime of not worrying about the trends

I just want the same for you too 🫶🏼💫

(I did go off on a slight tangent so there might be a part 2 if I’m brave enough 🤐)

not at all directly related to fitness but I can’t be the only one who would rather see a crappy canva graphic than the sameeee AI generated ones everywhere? surelyyy

The video might be a dead giveaway but our focus for June isssss… bench press 🥁

The girls requested and as always, their lifting fairy godmother delivers 🪄

Also the fact we’ve got:
✨ gals that have been regulars for god knows how long as well as new girlies
✨ gals lifting 32kg KB (begrudgingly) or making adaptations for niggles
✨ special appearances of little lifters

Makes me so bloomin happy 🥹🥰

📆 Wednesday’s 7:30pm

Before anyone comes for me or feels personally attached

This isn’t me saying you’re a bad person if you’ve ever followed Courtney Black, listened to Steve Bartlett, bought a supplement, done a Pilates class or had a lymphatic drainage massage

But I do think we’ve reached a point where the fitness industry is making normal women feel like they need to optimise every aspect of their lives before they’ve even got the basics down

(That or we’re just capitalising on women’s insecurities and selling them increasingly expensive solutions to increasingly made up problems)

Somewhere there’s a woman who’s scared to walk into the weights area for the first time being told she needs a vibration plate

Or a woman changing outfits six times before a night out being told she needs to fix her cortisol

Sometimes a bit of brutal honesty is needed

You probably don’t need another gadget
You probably don’t need another supplement
You probably don’t need another influencer telling you your hormones are broken

You probably need a decent training plan, enough protein, some sleep and a bit more patience

Build the base of the pyramid before you worry about the peak

The boring stuff isn’t sexy

But it IS what works 💫

Once upon a time, I probably would’ve made a post called

✨ 5 tips for gymtimidation ✨

And it would’ve been something along the lines of:
Wear a cap
Put your headphones in
Go at quiet times
Stick to the machines
Hide in a corner

And whilst those things might make you feel a bit better in the short term…

I actually think they’re doing a lot of women a disservice

Because if we’re being real…

You don’t *actually* want to spend another year avoiding the weights area

You don’t want to keep doing the same squat-curl-press combo because it’s the only thing you feel semi-confident doing

You don’t want to spend 20 minutes doing ab circuits hoping this will finally be the thing that changes your body

You don’t want to spend half your session pretending to check your phone whilst you wait for a bench or talk yourself out of trying something new

You don’t want to keep walking into the gym and immediately feeling like the least experienced person there

What you want is to walk in and know exactly what you’re doing

To rack your own weights without overthinking it
To stop hovering
To stop panicking when the gym is busy
To feel excited to see what you lifted last week because you’re actually getting stronger
To try something new without needing a full internal TED Talk first
To walk into the weights area and feel like you belong there

And that confidence does not come from getting better at hiding
It comes from doing
Again and again and again
Until the thing that once felt terrifying becomes normal

That is one of the biggest reasons I created Foundations

Not to teach you how to avoid feeling uncomfortable but to help you become the woman who doesn’t need to

You can spend another 8 weeks avoiding the weights area

Or you can spend the next 8 weeks learning how to own it

Foundations starts 15th June

Been thinking a LOT about this recently because the fitness industry wants you to niche tf dowwwn

You’re in your 20s? You should coach women in their 20s
Don’t have kids? You can’t possibly understand mums
Not menopausal? You shouldn’t work with menopausal women

And whilst I understand where that comes from, I’ve never really agreed

Because I don’t think the things that separate my clients are actually the things that define them

My clients range from women in their 20s to women in their 60s
Some have children
Some don’t
Some never want them
Some are navigating menopause
Some are navigating women’s health issues like PCOS/endo
Some are navigating body image
Some are rebuilding confidence after years away from the gym

On paper they’re completely different

But the reason they get results isn’t because we share the same age, life stage or circumstances

It’s because they all want similar things

They want to feel strong
They want to stop starting over every Monday
They want confidence in the gym
They want a healthier relationship with food, exercise and themselves
They want fitness to fit around their life, not take over it

And tbh I think that’s far more important than whether we’re both 29 and own a dog 🫶🏼

It’s hereeeee 🎓✨

Foundations is officially open!🕺🏻🪩

This has been built for the girl who’s spent more time getting ready to start than actually starting

💫 The girl who wants the body confidence
💫 The strong arms
💫 The taut, round buttocks (tell me you read that in Shrek’s voice)
💫 The “these “jeans that haven’t fit me for 2 years are now too big” moment
💫 The girl who wants to walk into the gym and actually know what she’s doing but every time she tries to start she ends up down another fitness rabbit hole

Should I eat carbs?
Should I skip carbs?
Should I track?
Should I intuitively eat?
Do I need to monitor my blood glucose?
Buy the £30 supplement?
Sacrifice a goat under a full moon?
Who actually knows anymore

Meanwhile you’ve got approximately 628 saved posts, 4 podcasts queued up and somehow feel LESS ready than when you started

Foundations is where we cut through all of that
🙅🏼‍♀️ No fitness jargon
🙅🏼‍♀️ No information overload
🙅🏼‍♀️ No pretending everyone else got a how-to gym guide that somehow missed your letterbox

Just a clear plan, support, accountability and the confidence to finally get going

✨ First ever intake
✨ Starts June 15th
✨ Founding Member Price - £129
✨ Or secure your spot today with a £50 deposit
✨ Limited to 12 women

Once the spaces go, they go

And honestly? I’m not even sure when I’ll run another intake

So yes, you could wait

But respectfully...I think we both know you’ve already done enough waiting to last a lifetime

💌 DM me FOUNDATIONS or hit the link in my bio to secure you’re space
