Client of the month winner for December 2024 is… Gareth Blanchard

Gareth has achieved a lot in such a short space of time training together. He has taken every bit of advice about increasing calories, protein and keeping consistent as well as committing to at least 4 gym training sessions each week! As a result, he has increased hos muscle mass over 3kg in 3 months, and kept his body fat levels down throughout. He has seen strength gains across all areas, doubling his squat lifts and range. Well deserved winner, well done Gareth!

Keeping in touch with your ‘why’!

It can be tricky keeping on track in December! But it is important to take a step back and reflect on your reasons for training and nutrition choices! For me it’s keeping healthy and active for my little boy! Looking after my health is important as I want to be around and watch him grow up! I want to be fit to chase him around and play games and I want to be strong to lift him up and out him on my shoulders.
