A lady who resides on Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed a shopping trip for some essentials, she also popped into Greggs for a coffee & a sweet treat! 🛍️ ☕️ 🍩 🍁

🐶 Maxi's Mates 🐶

Windermere Grange Care Home would like to support Maxi's Mates Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

We are looking for donations of dog food, toys and blankets to support the centre.

Any donations can be dropped off at the entrance of the home and we will arrange the delivery to the centre.

Please can all donations be dropped off by 1st September 2026.

Pub Lunch

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed a local pub lunch, it was throughly enjoyed by all.🍗 🍟 🍺 🍁

Pizza Making! 🍕

Oh we love a good cooking session at Windermere Grange! This week, residents of Coniston & Ullswater have made their own pizzas with various toppings, what a lovely treat .🍕🍁

Residents enjoyed socialising, music, drinks and a game of bingo, a fantastic time had by all. 🎶 🪩🍁
