Coffee Morning ☕️

Windermere Grange Care Home are hosting a Coffee Morning on Thursday 4th June 2026, from 10:00am.

We will have a range of delicious sweet treats, coffee, tea and juice.

Everyone welcome, come along, enjoy a cuppa and great company! ☕️ 🫖 🍰 🍁

Games Day

The residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange Care Home recently came together for a games day.

Laughter and friendly competition filled the air as they played bowling. 🎳

The games day was a wonderful opportunity for socialising and connecting in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.🍁

Mexican Night 🇲🇽

At Windermere Grange we support residents of Coniston & Ullswater to cook their meals, it’s an excellent way to boost their wellbeing, promote independence and encourage social interaction.

Residents enjoyed a Mexican themed meal over the weekend, they were supported to cook delicious mexican foods and dress the dining room with decorations, they throughly enjoyed their evening. 🇲🇽 🍁

Cheering on Middlesbrough FC ⚽️

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange were over the moon that Middlesbrough FC were in the Championship playoff final at Wembley over the weekend.

Residents made their own flags and bunting to decorate their home to show their support.

It was a tough game and a dramatic stoppage time winner sent Hull City into the Premier League. ⚽️ 🍁

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed the beautiful bank holiday weather! ☀️
