🐶 Maxi's Mates 🐶

Windermere Grange Care Home would like to thank everyone who supported us to collect donations for Maxi's Mates Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

We collected so many toys, treats and food for the dogs at the centre.

Residents of Windermere Grange supported the team to deliver the donations and enjoyed a Mcflurry on the way home. 🍁

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed a trip to the Dorman Museum, learning interesting facts about local history. 🍁

We have had double birthday celebrations on Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange, two of our lovely residents enjoyed their birthdays with a tea party. 🫖 🍰

World Alzheimer’s Day

It’s World Alzheimer’s Day on Monday and Windermere Grange Care Home are hosting a Coffee Afternoon.

Monday 21st September 2026, from 2pm.

We will have a range of delicious sweet treats, coffee, tea and juice.
