Hi, I’m Sam 👋
For anyone new here, I thought I’d reintroduce myself and share a few things you might not know about me 😊
I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 11 years, specialising in strength and fitness for all ages and abilities.
My aim has always been to make training enjoyable, rewarding, and something you can stick to long term over short term unattainable fixes.
A little about me…
✨ I’m in my 50s✨ Married and mum to two boys — one at university in Brighton and the other working in Glasgow✨ Now the boys are grown up, I’m able to fully focus on fitness, health, and helping others feel their best too.
Honestly, I’ve found a real second wind since Covid and hitting menopause and feeling stuck in a body that didn’t feel right for me .
After some challenging years, I’ve managed to refocus, rebuild my strength, and feel fitter and stronger than ever — which is why I’m so passionate about helping other women do the same. 💪
When I’m not coaching, I love to:
🏋️ Keep myself fit (including Olympic lifting!)
👨👩👦 Spend time with my family and animals
🎬 Relax with a good movie cuddled up with my dogs Bella & Nibbles 🐶🐶
☕️drink a good flat white
😍spend time with friends
🌊 swim in cold water
I train clients from my fully equipped private studio here in Blunham, and I currently have a few spaces available for early morning and daytime clients.
