🍂 OCTOBER TIMETABLE IS LIVE 🍂

We’ve made a few little changes for October 👀

✨ Wednesday 7:30 is now Mixed Ability
✨ New 12.15 lunchtime sessions on Mondays & Tuesdays with more coming soon!
✨ Our Friday 6:30pm is staying for the rest of the month

We also have some fab events this month.. claw clip decorating with & Community , a womens circle with Emma Scott ✨️🧚‍♀️✨️ and our very own Pumpkin & Pilates night🎃

Our monthly Sunday Stretch with P A I G E ☁️ breturns on the 4th October too!

Our first Sunday Stretch session is happening this weekend🥳

Think slower pace, gentler movement and those lovely deeper stretches — the perfect way to wind down your week and reset before Monday.

45 minutes to stretch, move and switch off. ✨

We’re The Pilates Place, a friendly, community-focused Reformer Pilates studio based in Blakelaw.

Our aim is simple, to make Pilates feel welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for everybody. Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into exercise or already love your Reformer classes, we have sessions to suit all levels.

We have classes running throughout the week, including early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends, so there’s plenty of flexibility to fit Pilates around you.
