Saturday the 27th of September we have the Gasp Iron World tour coming to the gym.
We also have the guys from E-Val coming along so if you need bloods done then here is your chance.
Not only do we have a fun packed day and a gym full of IFBB Pro bodybuilders but now we have a blood works team.
Free entry for everyone so come along check out our amazing gym and get to meet some of your inspirations and have a truly memorable day.

Gents showers will be out of action from tomorrow for at least 3 -4 weeks. If possible if coming from home please change before you get here.
