We had such a great Women’s Social yesterday playing on the new Mez set!

We wanted to focus on climbing on steep ground, twisting rather than pulling and trying a few bigger dynamic moves!

Overall I think everyone gave it a really good go and challenged themselves! 💪

Need a belay partner or just want to make some new climbing buddies? Join Cole tomorrow evening who will be on hand to facilitate a great evening of climbing and chatting.

If you haven’t got a buddy to belay you, don’t worry Cole is on hand to give you a belay and any beta you may want for your ongoing projects.

Yesterday’s Women’s Social was so much fun!
This week we wanted to look at creating momentum with our hips and positioning.

We tried some of the youth comp blocs set by Jakub Stec Eve Cuthbertson and Tom C!
We focused on applying ourselves in high tension positions and had lots of fun trying a few dynamic routes!

Don’t forget from now on the Women’s Social will be held on Thursday’s 7:00pm-8:30pm!
