Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a bit of a novice, at LivingWell Reading our qualified health and fitness team are on hand to provide you with expert advice and support.

It's all part of what we call 'Personalised Fitness for Life' - Helping you achieve your fitness goals with a fitness plan designed around your needs. Workout with Precor Fitness equipment and free weight in our air conditioned gym, or give one of our group exercise classes a go and then de-stress in our steam room and sauna. Then chill out in our 12.5 - metre pool.

We do ask that all our members and guests follow social distancing rules, and stick to the occupancy limits in both facilities (2 max per Sauna, 2 max per steam room)

Please ensure you sit in the relevant marked spots in the sauna and steam room πŸ‘

Please limit your time in the sauna and steam room to 5-10mins to allow others adequate usage

Access to the steam room and sauna will be on a first come first served basis and built into your swimming booking sessions
