At HITSONA Lower Earley, we’re proud to be a small fitness studio with a big passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Leading the team is Dane, our owner, whose dedication to creating a welcoming, results-driven community is at the heart of everything we do.

Alongside him is Grace, our Head Coach, bringing experience, motivation, and expert guidance to every session.

Supporting them are our fantastic coaches Misha, Izzy and Harrison each with their own coaching style, knowledge, and energy, ensuring every member feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to achieve their goals.

No matter where you’re starting from, you’ll find experienced coaches who genuinely care about your progress. In our small studio, you’re never just another number—you’ll receive personal attention, expert coaching, and plenty of encouragement every step of the way.
