Today marks the launch of our new Breaking Barriers report.

Created in partnership with Access Sport, this important research project sheds light on the untold struggles of disabled teenage girls in accessing sport and exercise, exposing the harsh realities faced by thousands of girls across the country.

This research reveals that this inactivity is contributing to teenage girls experiencing worrying mental health issues.

This has to be a wake-up call for everyone.

STRESS AWARENESS MONTH 💚

Follow our top tips on ways to beat stress:

1. Moderate exercise

Moderate exercise helps break down stress hormones and promote the release of ‘feel-good’ endorphins.

2. Quality sleep

Sleep is where you repair both mind and body, so make sure you’re getting enough of it.

3. Healthy eating

A healthy and balanced diet that’s rich in minerals and nutrients will help your body cope better with stress triggers.

4. Avoid stimulants

If you’re already stressed, try to avoid stimulants like caffeine, ni****ne, and alcohol.

5. Relaxation techniques
