Exactly how do you achieve fat loss results like Jo and Nicola? 💪
Like with Jeremy, in this post i'll share the planning behind Nicola and Jo's epic transformation results.
Because your dream results are possible even if you are menopausal or have struggled to achieve the body and fitness you wanted in the past.
Because that's exactly where Jo and Nicola were too.
From their starting positions, both ladies needed to lose weight, attack stubborn areas like belly fat and both needed to spend more time in calorie deficit to achieve their goals.
Alongside regular refeeds and/or diet breaks, both ladies followed nutritional systems tailored to them that would place them in calorie deficits of 20>30%.
Jo lost 25lbs overall and Nicola lost 22lbs from their starting positions.
Training wise, both received tailored programs and their last three phases were
Jo - Volume Steal Approach
P1 - Acc 1 - 12,10,8,8
P2 - Int 1 - 3x6
P3 - Acc 2 - 10,8,6,12
Nicola - Upper / Lower Splits
P1 - Int 2 - DUP - 4x6 + 10,10,8,8
P2 - Acc 2 - 12,10,8,12
P3 - Acc 3 - 8,8,8,15
Two different programs, two epic results!
What's even more impressive about Nicola's result in particular is that her sessions away from CMP were at home with just dumbbells and an adjustable bench.
Again, peak week tapered down and calories tapered up.

Exactly how do you build physique results like Jeremy? 💪
In this post, I’m going to peel back the curtain and give you an insight into the programming we used to help Jeremy achieve pinnacle health, fitness and physique results in his mid fifties, so that you have an idea of what high level personal training looks like.
Especially if you’re going to the gym, aren’t seeing results or you’re just stuck and unsure on what you need to do.
When Jeremy started his photoshoot program, he’d spent the last few months prior in build phase and worked upto 3000kcal per day.
This was a perfect position to begin his deficit. Over the course of the next 8 weeks (excluding one week for peak week) we took those calories strategically down, 3000 > 2400 by the end of the program to elicit the best fat loss results alongside muscle retention.
Jeremy’s training split was the following:
Accumulation 1 - Volume Steal Approach - 4x8-10
Intensification 1 - Volume Steal Approach - 4x5-7
Accumulation 2 - Volume Steal Approach - 4x10,8,6,10
Final Week - Peak Week - 3x Low Volume Wholebody Sessions + Steady State Cardio rather than intervals.
The goal of the final week is to reduce the demand on the body, reduce inflammation and water retention and time the carbohydrate load just right so that we have a combination of being lean but looking muscular too 💪
We really like this approach as we’re able to build strength, retain muscle and training performance as we push for the best physique change.
With the right coaching ANYTHING is possible, but often you’re not seeing results like this because you’re stuck doing what you’ve always done.

One Photoshoot, Three Life Changing Results 🔥
Jeremy, Jo and Nicola came into CMP with no idea that their dream results were about to be achieved.
All had tried gyms, personal trainers and diets but just couldn't find a level of consistency and weren't sure on how to achieve the results that they wanted.
For Jeremy, it was about improving his health as he'd started to feel the decline and wanted to achieve peak health and fitness. Wanting to build muscle too, regular gym programs just weren't cutting it, he needed specific help.
For Jo, it was arresting the slide that had started from reaching the menopause alongside a heavy work schedule that had challenged her ability to stay consistency with diet and exercise. Her goal was to lose belly fat and achieve a lean, toned, healthy result.
For Nicola, this was all about body confidence. After having her babies in quick succession she was left with diastasis recti, where your abs split during childbirth. This altered the appearance of her mid section and she'd struggled to lose belly fat too despite being an avid runner.

20kg (44lbs) down in 21 weeks for CMP Sheffield client Bob 🏆🤝
