Baby yoga can be a game changer for the whole family, helping to improve sleep not just for your baby, but for you too. In each class you will learn gentle, joint‑freeing, hip‑opening and balancing sequences to support your baby’s development, alongside postnatal yoga to help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor and reconnect with your inner vitality. You will also discover nurturing holds, swings, dips and practical tips to support and empower you on your parenting journey.
My next 6‑week course runs on Tuesdays from 14 April, 10.30–11.45am, at Chandlers Ford Girlguiding Centre. The full course costs £54.

We’ll blend playful baby yoga and sensory awareness with gentle postnatal healing for you – think better sleep, support for colic and reflux, and better backs and shoulders for tired mums. My next series is a heart‑opening to Spring, with gentle backbends, hip‑openers and core‑strengthening to help you feel more spacious and supported.

I’m delighted to be restarting my 6‑week pregnancy yoga course on Wednesday 25 February, 6.30–7.45pm at Richard Taunton’s Sixth Form College. Pregnancy is a wonderful time to tune into your changing body, connect with your baby and build a toolkit of breath, movement and relaxation to support you through birth and beyond.
We work on a birth ball to support posture, ease common pregnancy aches, and encourage optimal positioning for the baby, combining gentle sequences, self-massage, and soothing meditation for a more positive birth experience.

It's almost time to press pause on my yoga classes for 2025. As the Winter Solstice approaches, it invites us to stop, reflect and rest. After my recent trip to Thailand, I was struck by the story of the Buddha — a prince who left behind comfort to seek freedom from suffering. His realisation that our struggles begin in the mind really resonated with me.
