So so proud of what this lady has achieved in 7 weeks she has lost between 3-4 inches in different areas and it shows ! Throwback to then and now 3 years after giving birth the journey to get my body back started , itโs been tough and my weight has gone up and down ,Iโve had my bad days/weeks/months, my shape has changed , Iโve bulked up , Iโve leaned out , learning as Iโm going along to what I want from my own body as an end result , I will continue my journey now even though my body will never go back to what it used to be, Iโve embraced it as a mother ๐คฐ I am damn proud of myself and happy with my body today , have your own goals and work towards them ๐๐ผ donโt give up ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
