So so proud of what this lady has achieved in 7 weeks she has lost between 3-4 inches in different areas and it shows ! Throwback to then and now 3 years after giving birth the journey to get my body back started , itโ€™s been tough and my weight has gone up and down ,Iโ€™ve had my bad days/weeks/months, my shape has changed , Iโ€™ve bulked up , Iโ€™ve leaned out , learning as Iโ€™m going along to what I want from my own body as an end result , I will continue my journey now even though my body will never go back to what it used to be, Iโ€™ve embraced it as a mother ๐Ÿคฐ I am damn proud of myself and happy with my body today , have your own goals and work towards them ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ donโ€™t give up ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Smashed back with some cardio accelerator exercises for fun had an epic workout today !
Warm up - cable single arm external shoulder rotations -cable pullover
3x15 reps
Main workout -weighted pull ups / body weight
5x5 lat pulldown dropset
4x8/12
-rack pulls
3x10
Seated cable rows/dumbbell pullover superset 3x10/10
Standing single arm dumbbell row
4x10
Cable pullover dropset
3x8/10/12

Finisher incline sprints
10 secs on 10secs off x6 rounds
Trx jump squats 5x15
