Am I a hybrid athlete yet? Genuinely, really enjoying life at the minute the happiest I have been in a while and I think that is really showing. Just making the most of every moment with friends, family and myself. Trying to let myself see what I am capable of ☺️ thank you for everyone supporting me, I truly appreciate it!

I am actually proud of myself, these are my runs for this year. Genuinely I ran in December and I struggled to run 4k. Ran on Christmas Day coughed up bloody and thought I was going to be sick. Just shows what your body is actually capable of.
11 outside runs this year, actually buzzing.
That marathon was horrible, I doubt I’ll ever be doing one again. Actually got a bit emotional at the end, that I had finished it.
Thank you so so much for everyone’s support and messages. They were coming through as I ran round. It truly kept me going, thank you

Last weeks training, not feeling 100% just like everyone else by the sounds of it. Bit into do too sets and no back off sets. Could feel I wasn’t giving everything. Just wanted to move and keep the body going ☺️💪🏻

This is my absolute favourite protein powder at the minute! Couldn’t recommend it enough 👌. I have mine in my yogurt with berries, what is your fave protein powder flavour? Genuinely intrigued 💪🏻
