We’re super excited to announce our new class on Saturdays at 10am: Foam Rolling & Recovery💪
Please note the 8 am to 8.45 am classes on Saturday and the 6 am - 6.45 am classes will alternate between the two. Please check the timetable through the link in bio to see which class is on.
Our full timetable has classes for every fitness level, so there’s something for everyone.
