* Trained and experienced in spotting.
* Fully insured with good level of cover.
* Continually training their skills and willing to learn new skills.
* Able to adapt to pre existing conditions, injuries or just knowing how you are feeling and adjusting the plan accordingly.

On Saturday 4th July, 6 of us from Elevate Aerial Fitness will be climbing Mount Snowdon, via the Miners path, to raise money for
Last year two of our extended Elevate members unexpectedly lost their beautiful baby girl at 21 weeks.
Our Jenna has also had early losses and lost a beautiful baby making her children rainbow babies.
Our friends and Jenna would not have gotten through these tough times without the support from Sands.
We are aiming to raise £900 for this incredible charity.
We are aerialists and although we might be physically fit this will certainly be a challenge for all of us.
