Do as soon as you wake up.
Take three nice long deep breaths.
On the third breath close your eyes.
Now just Imagine all that fat on your body, imagine how much you hate that fat.
Now
Feel that fat melting away as you imagine yourself saying no to that chocolate, pushing that junk food away. As you imagine how much you hate fat and how nauseous it makes you feel.

Now imagine as you look into the future at the healthy, slim and fabulous you wearing those clothes that are all around you.

Smile to yourself because you know you will reach your end goal. And it feels so great.
Smile because you are now in control it feels great. Love the new you.

Carbohydrates
We all need some carbs they make you feel fuller for longer and help maintain stable blood and insulin levels.

Good carbs are full of fibre and nutrients like whole grains, vegetables, nuts, fruits, and beans.
Bad carbs basically processed and refined foods like white bread, pastries, sugary drinks, white pasta and white rice.

You can easily change some ‘bad’ carbs for ‘good’ carbs.

🔹 Eat wholegrain instead of white bread.
🔹 Use brown rice instead of white.
🔹 Skip sugar in your coffee
🔹 Drink water instead of pop! 😄
