🚨New Session Alert 🚨
We’re now trailing a Fitness/Conditioning session included as a free addition to all StrongHER memberships.
This means members can take advantage of this session without it effecting their current plans.
Utilising our larger outdoor space this summer we will be creating some more higher intensity workouts, this will complement our current strength training programmes.
From the Ski Erg, Air Bike, Rower to Battle Ropes, Wall Balls and much more.
One big workout where all StrongHER members can complete together.

StrongHER is a ladies-only personal training gym designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported without that intimidating gym feeling.
Instead of being left on your own like a normal gym, you’ll follow your own personalised workout plan while a coach is right there with you, helping you with exercises, weights, and technique every step of the way.
We run 25 sessions per week at a range of times, all pre-booked through our app, so you can train when it suits you.
You’ll train in small groups of like-minded women, all working on their own plans, so you get the support of personal training but at a fraction of the cost.
StrongHER Warrington is based on Knutsford Road, Latchford.

There’s not many actual ladies on Gyms in Warrington.
Sure you’ll find HIIT Classes & Circuits.
But not actually fully equipped weight training gyms.
Not ones where you’ll get your own individual workout programme specific to:
Your starting point
Your ability
Your goals
Then having a personal trainer actually guide you through your workout which includes:
Helping set up the machine
Check you’re using the correct weight
Monitor and progress you
Adapt exercises where needed

The differences between StrongHER and a normal class?
1) Everyone gets their own plan. This isn’t a circuit where each person does exactly the same thing.
This is means it’s great no matter if you’re a beginner or more advanced.
2) It’s not a race. We don’t do tons of cardio, make you do everything as fast as possible or run around the block. Go at your own pace.
3) We currently have 24 female only sessions per week. Not just one hour, or a 6 week program but a full timetable designated to ladies only training.
4) We progress and track workouts using your own logbooks. That’s how you’ll see yourself getting stronger. Instead of over focusing on the scales and burning calories.
5) We NEVER record our classes for social media, we like to keep things private.
6) We use a simple 14 day cancellation policy on our memberships meaning we don’t tie members in long term if circumstances change.
