Commercial gyms VS StongHER.

1 - We are not an open floor gym, it’s not a free for all.

Our ladies have access to over 15 personal training sessions over 7 days a week to book from.

Why a booking method? Because we take our level of service seriously we’re not interested in cramming the gym as full as we can instead we ensure there is enough trainers on hand to facilitate our client to PT ratio in each sessions.

2 - Personal Trainers on hand in each sessions, yes it’s a given the sessions can’t run unless there are qualified and insured trainers on the floor.

However you get guidance, knowledge and support from our trainers without the worry of being hounded about becoming a client all because you asked if your form was correct.

The last thing you need is asking a trainer to check your form if you can actually find one on the gym floor that is, then your next gym session comes around and you’re either pestered to join again or even ignored because you didn’t sign up.

3 - We are a private facility. No one shoving a camera in your face, no one posing in the mirrors, all our ladies are rooting for the same thing and we as trainers match this energy.

We give our ladies the privacy they deserve and focus on guidance, teaching and supporting instead of recording your for social media.

We are not a gym where you feel on display.

There are no cameras, no filming, and no outside eyes just a calm, welcoming environment where women can focus on training, learning, and growing in confidence.

Our ladies only personal training sessions are built around real life experiences. Whether you’re starting from scratch, rebuilding confidence, or finally prioritising yourself, you’ll be met with understanding and support.

Our personal training sessions are one of our favourite parts.

Each session you’ll be given your own personalised workout and tracking logbook.

You’ll be in a private fully equipped gym with other ladies (up to 10).

They’re energising, encouraging, and designed to help you feel strong without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll be guided every step of the way, with options that suit your body and your pace.

We offer Unlimited Personal Training for those who want full support and flexibility, alongside an Off Peak option that suit a more structured routine.

Please note this is not an open floor gym. It’s personal training but at a fraction of the cost and MORE sessions per week than the standard 1 session per week norm for most personal trainers.

New around here?

Or maybe you’ve followed for a while but don’t fully know who I am or what I do...

I’m Kev, an ex serial dieter.

Lets cut through the s**t

I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen.

Spent way too much money trying every diet plan out there.

Lost weight during the process… put it back on. Plus a bit more each time.

2022, lockdown weight still on me and grief piled even more weight on.

Decided to try something different.

Instead of searching for the next quick fix i started focusing on what actually works:

🔵 Strength training
🔵 Building simple, realistic habits
🔵 Eating in a way I could stick to long term

No crazy restrictions. Definitely no perfection. Just consistency.

That something different saw me lose over 4 stone and more importantly, keep it off.

Decided to train to be a PT

Got qualified and now i pass on my knowledge and experience to others

Why?

2 reasons.

1️⃣ I want to help people improve their health and wellbeing

2️⃣ I don’t want people to waste money on quick fixes that are not sustainable long term

Raw truth..

I’m a PT that does NOT have a 6 pack. I am still a working progress, 3 years on, I am on this journey with you too, but what I do have is real life experience, a PT who understands YOUR pain, YOUR struggles, YOUR challenges when trying to lose weight.

There are multiple ways you can work with me either in a 1-2-1 PT Capacity or our Lift Without Limits program.

Bingo wings waving as you wave..

Here’s two exercises you can do to shape them up.

1) Tricep Extension

2) Overhead Tricep Extension

Both of these exercises will help tone and define your triceps (aka the muscle hidden under your bingo wings)

Working the tricep muscle will not only define, shape and tone, It will also improve your overall upper body strength.

Meaning you’re gonna lose them bingo wings while getting stronger with each rep.

Both exercises are staple exercises within our programs, because we know exactly what our females want and how to get them results.

The TRUTH behind how Laura got THIS toned & why most women never do.

Before Laura started weight training with me she would spend lots of time and effort doing Cardio.

Every week she started over. Until one day, she didn’t.

There is a lot more than meets the eye with this transformation.

My client came to me fed up with hopping from one diet to another.

She wanted to break free from the I will start Monday routine which involved her starving herself from Wednesday’s in the hope for a loss on the Saturday morning.

Little did she know this was chipping away at her confidence week by week.

By the time she came to me her confidence was pretty much nonexistent, I actually remember her walking through the door on her first session looking like she wanted to cry.

I knew exactly what to do and how to help her.

Weekly weight training sessions saw her strength increase and her body change.
