Just cause it's Friday, I have washed and blow dried my hair, I have clothes other than leggings on and I'm feeling high on choir! 😍😂

Vitality Rooms is becoming exactly what I always hoped it would be... a community where busy women can stop trying to figure it all out on their own and instead feel supported, stronger, healthier and part of something special. ❤️
And yesterday saw the return of Businesswomen Unltd Whitstable, albeit in a more funky form of four events a year (as opposed to monthly).
I don't subscribe to living for the weekend. I need the whole week to work for me. I don't always get the balance right, but this week really hit the spot.
Feeling tired (just because it was good, doesn't mean it was easy 😅)
Feeling full (spiritually and still from the afternoon tea yesterday! 😋)
And feeling very fortunate to spend my days surrounded by incredible women doing amazing things.

💖 We’re starting something special on Monday… and you’re already in the right place 💚
Julie Clark Nutrition and I are so excited to be bringing you our FREE “Do Nothing” Challenge — starting Monday 11th May in the Far 2 Fabulous Facebook group.
And yes… we really do mean nothing.
No phone.
No distractions.
No background noise.
Just you.
Now before you think “that sounds easy”…
most people actually find this surprisingly difficult.
Because we’re so used to being in constant doing mode.
Scrolling. Thinking. Planning. Listening. Filling every quiet moment.
This week is about changing that.
Here’s how it will work:
Each day, we’ll guide you through a short “Do Nothing” moment…
👉 Starting at just 1 minute
👉 Building up gently across the week
👉 With simple daily prompts and encouragement from us
Why are we doing this?
Because this is where real shifts happen.
When you give your nervous system space to settle, you may start to notice:
✨ A calmer mind
✨ Less overwhelm
✨ Better focus
✨ More energy
✨ Feeling more grounded and in control
It might feel uncomfortable at first — that’s completely normal.
Stick with it.
Your only job this week?
Show up.
Be willing.
And give yourself permission to pause.
