Low Lunge Backbend ♥
今次試吓用一個唔同嘅方法apply🤩

練習紀錄:
𑁍 低弓步雙手打開向後,拉長身軀;
同時間坐骨向下,左盆骨輕微內旋下沉,膝頭哥微微向前推
𑁍 升起小腿時注意穩定;放低小腿時右腳穩定,髖稍稍升起
𑁍 專注呼吸雙手推直,繼續坐骨向下膝頭哥向前,腳趾放鬆,升起腳踭

Gate Pose Backbend ♥
以為呢個動作最有挑戰嘅位置係轉膊頭。結果係hips

練習記錄:
❁ Keep住右腳伸直,大腿發力諗向外旋
❁ 左腳小腿抽起有抽筋嘅感覺😂,同時間將髖向前推
❁ 轉肩時,左手推走地下心口打開,右手捉腳過頭,抬下巴抬頭,完成🧘🏾‍♀️

恆常練習系列🧘🏾‍♀️

曾經覺得練習到咗樽頸位,好似睇唔到進步
幾年前會希望每一次嘅練習,都有眼見嘅”進步”
如果冇,就會有失意嘅感覺 😔

近幾年有啲唔一樣,由眼見變成感受
眼見到嘅係一種進步,感覺到嘅亦係一種進步
善待自己就係最大嘅進步❤️
練習係終身修行,如果永遠都要今天的我打倒昨天的我
人生流流長,要打倒自己幾多次?
