It's time to unleash your inner ninja on October 28th! We will be hosting our annual Ninjaween competition.

This competition is for all ages 6+ and is open to anyone. Come compete like a ninja while wearing your Halloween Costume. We will be hosting a costume contest as well.

We appreciate every single person who came out to our Open House on Sunday! It was a blast! We definitely enjoyed watching the brave souls go for the 15 Ft airbag jump. It wasn't easy to make the jump but so many went for it!

We hope everyone else had a wonderful time. We might have to make this a normal event at least twice a year.

Did you know that learning how to roll is such an important skill? Especially as adults, the idea of tripping and falling can happen more often. Sadly, we aren't as resilient as we were when we were younger.

But, rolling out of a fall is much better than face-planting on the ground... ouch.

So, we teach parkour to adults so they can understand skills like rolling and body awareness without getting hurt.

If you are interested, come try out a class on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 6:00 PM. The first class is always free.

Oh, and you can come meet some fun people.

We will be closed on Monday, September 4th for Labor Day. We will have our regular hours during the weekend. Enjoy the much-needed day off!

We are honored to receive this award as Los Ranchos's Best Gym of 2023! I feel like we just said this, but we still love saying thank you to all of our members. You all are the reason we get to enjoy what we do.

We are finally back from the UNAA World Expo in Orlando! We helped host everything and had six of our Warped Warriors compete.

It is just fantastic seeing the ninja community compete against each other, yet they still enjoy their time. We are very proud of the kids that made it to such a big competition, braved the cheering crowd, and still came out happy and excited for the next season.

Our gym schedule is running normally again. We are still waiting on our obstacles to come back, but are excited to redo the gym once they are here. We are excited to keep providing the wonderful fun atmosphere that is Ninja to Albuquerque. Thanks to all who trust us to coach both you and your children.

UNAA FINALS 2023

As mentioned earlier this month, we are preparing and are very excited for this year's UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) World Finals! This worldwide competition will be held in Orlando, Florida, where almost 3,000 athletes will compete to become the ultimate ninja athlete. Because we are the home gym for UNAA, we will be taking most of our staff, and a few of our obstacles with us.

This means that from July 19 - 31, we will be canceling all classes. We will still provide open gym during our regular business hours and may have some activities and fun available along with training. But as for all classes, they will be canceled. If you have any questions, email us back, give us a call, or talk to our front desk. We will be happy to assist you.

We hope you enjoy this holiday weekend! We will be closed this Tuesday for the Fourth Of July to celebrate. Our normal schedule will continue on Wednesday (7/5).

As the gym grows, we have been eagerly wanting to transfer to a new software provider that allows both our staff and members a smooth and convenient booking system. We are excited that we have found one that seems to check every box we're looking for. The change will be from Mindbody to Wellness Living.

This change should make everything much easier from registering online, to booking classes, to checking membership details.

We will start implementing changes starting today but will make an official launch this Friday, June 30th.

What does this mean for you? This means that all data will be switched over to the new provider. Because there is quite a bit to sift through, we ask all members to please be patient as we make this transition. There may be some info that didn't transfer over correctly. Upon walking in, we may ask you to check your info again or to resign a waiver if needed.

We are a month away from the UNAA World Series Finals In Orlando, Florida. We had several ninja competitors qualify during regionals who get to go to this event!

For those who aren't aware, UNAA is one of the top ninja leagues in the world and will be hosting the World Finals from July 26-30. There will likely be over 3,000 competitors from across the globe competing in Orlando. Let's hope some of our local ninjas make it on top!

This race is a family-friendly event while still providing a fun challenge. Think of this event as an obstacle course with 20+ obstacles while adding a 3K. Plus, every participant receives a free shirt.

We offer divisions for those wanting to compete and those wanting to run for fun. This race is for all ages 6+.

We will start at 9:00 AM and run on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The top 5 competitors in each division can make their way to finals in Orlando, Florida in July!

We started our first Kid's Parkour class a couple of months ago. Because of the growth, we are adding another parkour class on Mondays at 5:00 PM.

If you don't know what parkour is, the activity pairs well with the sport of ninja. Parkour is the idea of moving as efficiently as possible through obstacles. This helps children learn essential aspects of movement and body awareness. It also enhances their critical thinking and risk minimization. Parkour can be a recreational sport in itself or can be a way to increase your ninja skills.

As usual, attend class a few minutes early, and we will check you in even if it's your first class ever. You can learn more about our classes below.

We have created and are holding a unique event called Ultimate OCR 3K. We are excited to be hosting this event and invite all to challenge themselves.

This is an Obstacle Course Race with a 3K run. Compared to other Obstacle course races, this one will be less running, more obstacles, and no mud. It's like Ninja but with less challenging obstacles and adds a 3K run in between.

We will be hosting this event on May 20th. It is a family-friendly event so we encourage you to face the challenge as a family.

There will be 7 different divisions (listed below,) and you can run competitively or just for fun. Those who qualify will get first choice of time block at the UOCR Championship in Orlando, Florida. Plus the top 5 will win a medal.

Happy Easter. We are closed this Sunday (4/9) for Easter. The schedule is regular, leading up to Easter and afterward.

Have you seen some of our new trial classes?

We just added our adult Opti-fit class on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and are now adding a kid's parkour class on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM. Plus, we added back in our Level 2 class at 4:00 PM.

Our Opti-fit class is for beginners. It will allow you to get in shape in a fun way ditching the unconventional workouts and learning how to move with your body... not against it.

Our kids' Parkour class is for 9-13-year-olds. Kids will learn the necessity of safety and movement, which will only upgrade their skills. This includes rolls, vaults, precisions, and more.

Because our gym is meant to provide fun fitness for the whole family, we want to offer convenient times and classes that work for both the children and parents. We hope that these classes do just that! If you have any questions, you can comment below or call us.

P.S. These classes are on a trial basis and may be removed in the future if little interest is shown.

It has already been a week since we attended the Family Fun Event at Albuquerque's First Baptist Church. We had a blast running a course with the kids. They were so determined to complete the course... some going 20+ times. 😮 It was fun for us and we hope it was fun for everyone else. Thanks, Albuquerque First Baptist Church for hosting such a great event for the community!
