Hello to our lovely warriors!! 🫶🫶🫶

We’ve had an uptick in members bringing friends in lately and we LOVEEE this!!! We just want to send out a PSA reminder that guests must be brought in during staffed hours so we can check them in, sign some waivers, and get them some equipment to use! Remember: these friends and family members can be referrals for our ambassador program that get you merch perx or even a FREE YEAR OF HOTWORX DSM, OR they can be added on as family members and pay only HALF of your monthly amount! Let’s help them join so you guys can get a HOT SQUAD going!

The hours you can bring those friends in are
🔥Monday-Thursday 11-8
🔥Friday 9-6
🔥Saturday 9-2

If you can’t make it during those times, let us know and we can find a way to meet you outside of those hours! They can book a free workout on our website, or you can call ahead and let us know you’re bringing them. If staff is in, just bring them in also and we will get you all set up! We just have to do it the proper way. Again, we LOVE that you want to bring members in, but let’s follow guest policies that we signed when we joined, for *legal reasons*, not because we’re no fun. We thank you for your understanding! We’re excited that you have friends that want to come try us out! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Keep sweating!!💪

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥

09/18/2026

Reset Your System.
Your wellness routine doesn't stop when you leave the sauna. Support your digestion, recovery, and overall wellness with Detox & Cleanse, the perfect complement to your infrared workouts.
Save 20% all September long. Stop by your local HOTWORX studio before this limited-time offer ends.
