Our April Spotlight Member of the Month is Lisa Herbert! Lisa brings a great, positive, fun energy into the gym every time she is in for training. Over the 3 years of training, I have seen a great improvement in her strength and overall body composition. She is always game for a fitness challenge exercise and has stayed very consistent, dedicated, and committed to her health and fitness needs! 👏🏼
New to Valiant in 2026! The stairmill offers a new way of efficient calorie burning, improving your cardiovascular health. It is a great way for strength training your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, and has been shown to improve your bone density. It is a great alternative to running in that it is lower impact - still providing intense work while being joint friendly. Our members are going to LOVE this one. 😉
