You’ve done all the right things:
✅You’ve seen your doctor
✅You’ve done your PT
✅Your X-rays/MRI didn’t show anything new
But your back predictably hurts when you do certain things.
This isn’t about your structure.
It’s about feeling safe in these positions and movements.
Comment BACK and I’ll walk you through how to get started.

What if you could solve your own neck or back pain?
If you’ve been told you don’t need surgery, and you’ve done your physical therapy, your neck pain is coming not from something wrong in your structure, but from the way you move.
It’s how you carry yourself when you’re walking, running, climbing stairs.
It’s how you hold yourself up.
That’s not something someone else can fix for you.
But you can learn to solve it for yourself.
Comment “BACK” and I’ll walk you through my process.
I’m often asked how I keep my back pain-free and moving well–especially now that I’m doing more online. 💻
This is a large part of it. I don’t do a workout, a bike ride or a run without doing my mobility routine first. 💪
Mobility work prepares your joints for your activity, opens up your range of motion and gets your body moving better overall before you do your thing. 🙌
One size does not fit all. 🤔
A good mobility routine addresses the areas where you tend to be most stiff. For me, it’s my ankles, hips and upper back (can you tell?) 😉
Comment “BACK” and I’ll send you my exact process for resolving back pain.
Could your knee pain be related to your back pain?
Even if you don’t have back pain anymore?
Yes. So could hip pain, shoulder pain and even foot pain.
Your body is a complex and integrated system. And when there has been trouble in one area, especially if it wasn’t fully resolved, it can show up in another area, months and even years later.
These aches and pains aren’t evidence of your body breaking down; they’re evidence of your body *adapting*. It’s doing the best it can with what is available to it at the time.
The key to solving this is in improving the way you move.
Before you strengthen.
Before you yoga
Before you train
I’ve been helping people out of back pain and these related aches and pains for over 20 years.
If you’d like to learn how I can help you, comment “FIRST STEPS”.
And after answering a few brief questions for me, I’ll give you the first *actionable steps* you can make right away to start solving pain and getting back to your life!
The truth is, Linda wants to do it all–we all do–without constantly worrying about her back.
And often, it’s in those moments that really matter—
the ones that pain has become an unwelcome companion to—
when you realize how much back pain has been holding you back and stealing your joy.
If you’re ready to learn how gentle movement and exercise can help you take your life back, comment “YES” and I’ll tell you how to get started!

I went through hell in my 30’s.
I was a practicing exercise physiologist with chronic back pain.
It didn’t seem to matter what I did: PT, chiropractic, massage, and yes, I tried every form of exercise, including Pilates and yoga, but the results were temporary.
The truth is, that it all works: 👍 PT, chiropractic, massage, and all types of exercise, but not until you address how you move.
And how you move, comes from the nervous system, not the muscles. 💡
I’m not talking about nervous system regulation, although that’s complimentary.
Want to learn more? I’m doing a private training next Tuesday (12/9) from 2-3pm ET. Comment “MOVE” and I’ll get you registered!

So much to be thankful for! Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!!! 🧡💛🤎
Staying active and feeling good in your body doesn’t have to stop in your 40’s or 50’s. 🏃♀️
It just takes a little more time and attention to your body than what you gave it in your 20’s. 🤸
Want to know how I do it? Comment “MOVE” and I’ll tell you!
Walking should feel good.
But when you’ve had back pain and/or butt pain/hip pain, you can start to dread it.
If you
❌ Love to walk, but dread doing it
❌ Think about that sore part while you’re walking
❌ Wish you hadn’t committed to walking so far
You need a solution that
✅ Solves your movement problem at the root cause instead of just treating symptoms
✅ Addresses all your painful areas as a whole body problem instead of pieces and parts
✅ Makes walking comfortable and joyful again
If you’re ready to reclaim walking, comment “WALK” and I’ll share how we can get you moving- and walking- pain-free again!
